i am located in costa rica, what is your return policy?

 

we happily accept returns in original condition (unused and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either an exchange or store credit, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • the return is received within 30 days after date of delivery.

  • any garment that is defective due to the manufacture of the product.

  • garments stained and or torn due to incorrect handling by the user are not considered for return.

  • that for some reason the wrong size is selected or that the size does not correspond to the correct size of the buyer.

please reach out to our customer service team through our email: contact-us@paocastro.com if you need to begin your return request. the exchange or store credit will be processed within 14 business days from date of returned package.

 

i am an international (outside of costa rica) customer, what is your return policy?

  • the return is received within 30 days after date of delivery.

  • any garment that is defective due to the manufacture of the product.

  • garments stained and or torn due to incorrect handling by the user are not considered for return.

  • that for some reason the wrong size is selected or that the size does not correspond to the correct size of the buyer.

please note, we do not provide return labels nor cover any cost incurred when shipping your return back. if you are needing to start your international return request, please email our customer service team through our email: contact-us@paocastro.com. the exchange or store credit will be processed within 14 business days from date of returned package.

 

when will my order be fulfilled?

 

our team will fulfill your order within 1-5 business days. typically, we aim to fulfill all packages within 2-3 business days. once your package has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the tracking number.

 

take in consideration that we do not fulfill orders over the weekend and any expedited order placed after 12:30pm, will be fulfilled the following business day. 

 

if i am located in the costa rica, when will my order arrive?

 

once your order has been shipped, we ask for 1-5 business days for delivery. please note, packages are subject to carrier delays.

 

if i am an international (outside of costa rica) customer, when will my order arrive?

 

we fulfill all international orders via correos de costa rica expedited shipping. once your order has been shipped, we ask for 5-15 business days approximately for delivery (depending of location of shipment). please note, packages are subject to carrier delays and all international packages will incur taxes by their local government.
